Okay so I've been craving cheesecake so I made something out of my PWO meal :yum:
100 cal pack oreos
1 scoop vanilla protein powder ( I even used my isopure :D )
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup water
16g sf cheesecake pudding mix
crush the whole pack and split. Take just a little bit of water with one half and make a crust in the bottom of your container. mix up the rest of the oreos pp and milk and water and pudding mix. Pour in the container and chill ready in about 5 mins.
Next I'm going to make it without the milk and just water. but I wasn't sure if it would thicken up without it

I tried once blending up 2 scoops of protein powder with 16 oz of water and then blending that with a jello sf/ff pudding mix and it wouldn't set. I thought it would work considering it works fine with skim milk, but for some reason it didn't. Just throwing that in...the milk may be necessary?

That sounds yummy!
But yeah... it won't thicken up with just water, I tried that a long time ago.
You can use blended cottage cheese though- works like a charm! I make pudding for my hubby with just blended cottage cheese (thinned out with a little water) and sf ff pudding. You'd never know there's cottage cheese in it! He loves it spread on rice cakes. ;)

It doesn't taste that different from vanilla. I'm sure you could just use that and it would still be good!

I don't think we get them either. I found a lady on ebay who will ship them to you though and the price is decent ($1.00 for the box), then $5 shipping for eight ($1.45 I think or something if you just want a single). If you want the link to her store...just PM me. :)
