This was sooooo good and high in protein. It tasted too good to be on plan. Even my hubby liked it and had some. I like this when I crave the lingenberry crepes at IHOP. :D

1/4 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. oats
3 egg whites
vanilla extract
butter extract
cinnamon
2 Tbsp. whipped cream cheese
1 tbsp. polaner sugar free blackberry preserves
1/4 cup mixed frozen berries

-mix all ingredients in blender and cook like in a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray.

This looks yummy Donna. Do you stop putting ingredients in the blender here and use the rest to go on top like this? Also--is all 14g of fat from the philly cheese spread (2 tbsp)? If so, do you think it would be good using the non-fat?

1 serving

1/4 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. oats
3 egg whites
vanilla extract
butter extract
cinnamon

Yes, thanks for noticing that. I don't put the cream cheese, preserves , or berries in there. I spread the cream cheese and preserves on it and roll it up. Then I pour the berries on top.

Also, non fat would be fine if you can't afford the fat calories. Maybe try whipping the non fat up in a blender or magic bullet with some splenda to make it more creamy and sweet.

Without the cream cheese the recipe is 6 g of fat, 195 calories, 16.5 carb, and 20g Protein.
