Don't turn your nose up or question this recipe until you try...if you want flavourful tender chicken, give it a try!

2-3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast (either whole or cut in cubes)
1 jar of leftover dill pickle juice
2-3 tbsp Italian herb blend
fresh cracked black pepper

Place the chicken in a glass dish, evenly sprinkle herbs and pepper over, then pour in the pickle juice. Marinate overnight. Cook as normal (Foreman grill, outside grill or non stick pan).

Ive been doing this forever...even if you dont like pickles you will love this. :)

Is it still moist n juicy even if you grill it a tad too much?

I have a bad habit of over grilling... thx!

I think I'll give it a try. (We've almost finished our pickles.) I put my Thanksgiving turkey in a brine overnight and it's fantastic, if I do say so myself! :D This really isn't much different, is it?

Thanks for the tip.

Not bad!! Moist. Mine had a hint of dill pickle juice taste, but I like dill pickles so that was OK.
