If I like this (the carb hater) than you know it is good. It taste great used as a tortilla to wrap up turkey or eggwhites (add a little almond butter or avocado as a spread makes it even better)

Sweet potato
spinach
egg whites
salt

puree, consistancy should be liquidy but not runny

pour on to flat baking sheet (parchment lined) and back until firm

I have also done this using oatmeal instead of sweet potato, which is great too, but the sweet potato gives it a certain zing which is yummy

this looks yum. But how much of each do you use? how long to do you bake it and what temperature?

I didn't put amounts so each person can fine tune it to their individual needs. I baked them at 400 until they were firm
