I am pregnant with my third child. With my first fish oil was never mentioned. When I got my vitamin samples from OB---they all have DHA or omega 3 added.
Question??? Should I add these to my fish oils? I really like the quality of fish oil I use--I don't know about the quality in these vitamins. If I do not use the vitamins, should I up the dose of fish oil?
