for my plan from Erik, I am just doing what I have been doing, is that OK ??
I am sure that this has been asked before, but I could not really find anything certain :)

... and of course, what I have been doing is ... weights, 5 days, split - cardio 3xweek at 30 min - intervals - food - clean, but trying to make some muscle grow so eating around 2000 avg - I won't bore you with macros, but it's mostly lean P and clean C ... I last took a week off at the end of July ...

thanks for any input / suggestions !!

umm ... on me ??
5'6" - 124-128 depending on TOM ... blood-type AB pos ... no, is that what you meant LOL? ... BF% I am not sure about as I have been fiddling with it myself - around 18% maybe ? .... I wear a size 2 or 4 ... does all that help ? I have measurements as well if that would help ...thanks !!!

If trying to gain, I'd cut the intervals for sure.

Cals seem kinda low for gaining but I'm pretty sure it's at an ok place to set you up fpr gaining w/ Erik.

If you think you need a break, take it. If not, I think you're fine.

When did you last have a week off from the gym?

end of July I was off for a week -and I had a week in early July where I did running and body-weight stuff while we were at the beach...

I agree with Blondell about cutting out the intervals. They tend to be counterproductive if your goal is to gain muscle. You can replace them by doing a few short sessions (20-30 minutes) of steady state cardio instead if you want to.
