I made this for my refeed and it's a nice twist on the CC+jello pudding we've all been making.
You will need to get some Keebler Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts (110 cal, 15 carbs, 5 f, 1 protein)- perfect for portion control! Make your "cheesecake" using ff cottage cheese and your favorite flavor of sf ff jello (the "cheesecake" flavor would obviously work great!). It's easy to count the carbs if you remember that 1 g of dry pudding adds 1 carb. You could add ff sour cream and/or ff cream cheese but you really don't need to.
Fill the pie crust and top with sliced fruit (banana, strawberry, kiwi) or with sf preserves. Add ff Cool Whip and you have a BIG, creamy, satisfying treat! :yum:
There are so many combinations you can make since there are tons of flavors of pudding and so many different kinds of fruit.

You got it! ;)
I made it for Anthony yesterday using butterscotch flavor "cheesecake", topped with WF chocolate spread and ff Cool Whip. He  it and kept asking me if it's "authorized"!

I know, there are so many recipes to try! What I do is cut and paste them into a word document, print them and put them in a binder. I've got a nice LBC recipe book going. Now I need to find some time to actually make these yummy things!!

You can have this post-workout! ;) Depending on your carb portion, you can use more or less pudding and ff cool whip. The crust only has 15 g carbs.
You could also ask Erik if you can use half CC and half PP for your PWO protein (rather than all of it from PP). That way you can flavor the CC with the PP in addition to/instead of the sf ff jello (blend it smooth of course; it will still be thick enough to be spooned into the crust).
