I don't understand how I lowered my calories this week, and this morning I wake up with a big gut. :ban:

Perhaps you should drink more water??

ummmmmm are things "moving" normally.?

I think so
I'm thinking it may be from the carbs I've been having. Sometimes I look pregnant after I have too much fruit, but I haven't been eating fruit

I'm going to drink crazy amounts of water today and try to go low carb for a while I think.

:cheeky:

k I don't know what it is now. I'm still bloaty but I've been eating well, drinking lots of water and keeping the carbs down. I don't get it.

I'm not pregnant, I just got over TOM but it feels like I am ???

Don't get it.

Rather than making another thread...I bought chocolate milk tonight, my daughter and I had a whole bunch, and now my stomach is a whole 3 inches bigger  and I feel really yucky. Could this mean lactose intolerence? :(

I don't know if it's intolerance or just a sensitivity but I get it too from consuming a lot of dairy. I love ice cream but can only indulge on rare occasions unless I want to wake up with a buddah belly in the morning.

I know how you feel though, some weeks when I think I've done everything just right, I still end up bloated. I would suggest steering clear of the choco milk though...as good as it is!

would digestive enzymes help?

I'm permanently bloated.

I take a probiotic and digestive enzymes and they don't seem to be working anymore.

Lactose does that to me. Probiotic + digestive enzymes + figuring out what makes you icky is what I did.

I started the First Cleanse detox/herb pills regimen (non-fasting) - Renee has done this too, and after just the first day of the 15 or 16 day regimen, I already feel and see a noticeable difference in the protrusion of my gut. I feel a whole 5 lbs lighter. :D
