Coach, you say to use the reg rice cakes vs the mini's. Most of the mini's i've come across do have 2.5g of fat and more cals, but these are nearly identical to their larger bro's.
Are they ok? None of the other mini's meet the criteria.

In reference to Kathryns post about the peanut butter choc chip rice cakes. I am jealous!!
oooh I get it :p
I don't think the peanut butter would do it for me. Right now ketchup is still my favorite.
The salt and vinegar ones make my lips puffy  ..haven't had those in years.

I've never heard of PB chocolate minis'. My favs are Caramel CC, whole grain apple cinnamon (new) plain w/natty pb, and butter toffee. Actually, they are all really good. I am pretty sure we have just about every flavour here in Ontario. Salsa + Sour Cream, Garlic & Parmesan, Cracker Jacks'.

sheesh. i've been sticking to the plain, lightly salted kind. i never asked but i just thought for sure caramel / chocolate / apple etc. were off limits. (even pwo)
so much wasted time. :uuhh:
