I have a monster two-day refeed coming up to finish my diet.

Let's hear some ideas - keep in mind, I'm a rather low maintenance eater. I have probably not much intention of any elaborate recipes unless

1. It's absolutely worth the effort

2. I can strong arm Laura into making it. :hehe:

Day 1 is b/w 1000-1300g carbs and Day 2 probably about half of that.

Haters!

You've got to pound 5 or 6 Reese Cups followed with some Ben & Jerry's (no breastmilk). And that still leaves a ton.

-Hugantic bowl of oats with anything but blueberries. (I eat those all the time)--maybe raisins, banana and cinnamom.
-pb&j on bread or crackers made with PB2.
-I second Ileen on the grilled cheese
-pasta
-Fajitas sans the gauc, sour cream or full fat cheese.

Easy stuff is your typical fair:

-cereal
-bagels
-ice cream sandwiches
-fig newtons

Make Laura bake Amy's Pumpkin Pie (but let her have a little slice too! ).
Ff cheese quesadilla
ff popcorn
Ezekiel bread/regular bread French Toast topped with banana slices, regularl or sf maple syrup and ff whipped cream
your favorite rice cakes
big bowl of Indian-style rice: add raisins, coconut extract, curry powder (even one Stevia to give it that slightly sweet taste)

Solid suggestions so far...

Similar to the cake idea you can also do a box of cake or fat free brownie mix and do nothing but add a can of pumpkin and bake as directed! Delicious!
