AmyP's strawberry pie recipe

Well, I didn't get to make Amy's strawberry pie...I didn't have enough strawberries left BUT, I made the protein pudding with the sugar free, fat free cheesecake pudding mix and topped it with the sugar free strawberry glaze. Yummy!!! I was bound and determined to get me some kind of strawberry dessert. Thanks, AmyP.:love:
