I just bought some salmon trimmings (think lox, but not a "sheet" of salmon, just like chunks) and I'm trying to think of the best ways to eat it. Thought about putting it on a sprouted bagel or ezekiel english muffin with some goat cheese, but wondered if you all had any good ideas for eating this kind of salmon, instead of right out of the container! I've also got a container of salmon salad, gonna put it on Ryvita crispbread, but looking for other ideas...

The best way..
Put the container over the trash can, turn upside down, dump in trash, take trash out.
Slimy fish is foul

It's not slimy, it's delicious and healthy!

I love it for a brunch cheat on a flaky croissant with cream cheese and red onions!
You can make sort of a "sashimi salad" with it. Put it on top of spring greens with thinly sliced cucumber, red onions, jicama and grated carrots. Add a dressing made with lite soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil.
