Ingredients:
1/2 cup old fashion oats
1 cup pumpkin
1 1/2 cups wheat bran
1 1/2 scoops protein powder
5 egg whites
10-20 packets splenda/stevia (1/2 cup)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp SF/FF vanilla pudding mix (opt)
Directions:
* Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
* Spray 6 muffin cups with cooking spray
* Divide batter evenly
* Bake for 35-40 minutes
