i've been on BC for 1.5 years. every month, i get my period 4 days after my last pill. this month, i got it 2 days afterward. i've been on T's program for almost one month so i'm pretty sure it has something to do with the diet. i don't think the food is too different from what i was eating normally so maybe it's the vitamins/supplements? i've never taken this many before. has this happened to anyone else? am i going to start growing hair on my chest too??

That's not much of a difference in time. When you change your activity or diet you can affect your cycle. I wouldn't worry.

I wouldn't worry either. A couple of days won't matter at all. I've been on the pill 10 years and my period has started on a variety of different days.

i guess this freaked me out cause i am so damn regular -- even off the pill. i'll give one more month. then i might have to change up my schedule since the whole point was to not get it during the weekends!

Just bringing this back up, as I seem to have a similar situation...

I've been on BC for about 10 years. Always completely regular. Never miss a pill, etc...

I've been on Thunder's program for two weeks (not too long)...but for the first time ever - I've spotted. I should start my period next Friday. I was wondering if this could be from the vitamins, or change in diet, or should I be worried...

I know, its probably nothing to worry about...but these things always freak me out.

Thanks!

I have worked with T since Feb. and lets say nothing is ever regular with me. That's why my doc made it once every 3 months  But once I started working with him my problem stopped completely  Until I stopped dieting.

We're never guaranteed a "regular" cycle, no matter how many months we go with no problems either on or off the pill. Our bodies just react sometimes to changes in routines. It's not like there was a huge shake-up, either...two days is no biggie.

But the hair on your chest...I mean, maybe.
