Sometimes after I train I feel shaky or jittery. What does this mean?

No, I have had low blood sugar issues and this is a VERY different feeling. Plus, I always have a pre-workout meal as per my plan.

Are you taking any supplements? Drinks etc...?

Yeah i take stuff, but I was not for the last 5 months and had it then too. Plus, it's not like to much ephedrine shakiness (had that before too). I don't think it is that uncommon really. Many people from the gym who lift heavy say they get the same thing. I have a tendancy to push myself pretty hard which may be why. who knows?

I've had that on occasion after particulary hard lower body workouts. Feels like my nervous system has been beat up.

I get it in my lower body; makes it hard to drive a stick home.

I shake too. Esp after working legs or more noticably after doing pullups and chinups. Trying to drink my protein shake after that is difficult!!! :taz: :taz:
