Silicone or saline for a breast augmentation

Definately silicone. Saline creats too much rippling on the sides and sometimes you feel a swishing movement, it's gross.

Although, they are working on the second round of funding for an implant called ImpLite that has a silicone shell with air chambers inside. It sounds really interesting. It will be great to see if it gets approval from the FDA.

Another thing to consider is over or under the muscle. Because we lift weights having the implant under the muscle makes lifting a little different. I am considering getting mine redone to be above the muscle for the reason that when I do any kind of chest exercises my implant is compressed in the center.
