Ever since my 3 sons have seen me swing my sledge they have been wanting to do it with me and of course I SAID NO!!!!!!!!!! wasnt taking the chance of them taking a hit with a hammer
I saw Steve maxwells article online about his home gada

So I took 3 feet of 3/4 Pvc Pipe and a medium sized poof ball. cut a hole and glued them together and I made "Playbells' light enough for kids to swing and fun enough for them to get hooked on Gada training...ill try to post a pic later
they look like giant Dum Dums... and my kids love them right now they are going for Pr's in 360s
