Yay or Nay?

Benefits? Cons?

Thoughts in general?

Erik might chime in on this, but there was a thread around here that basically boiled down to it being a waste of money. The results were good in rats but pretty much unfounded in humans, and we're waiting on more results.

Having said that, I took it last year and without changing anything else, definitely felt stronger in the gym and my weights went up.

um...yeah....that would be a case example of the placebo effect, but I'm sure you can sell that statement to a CLA supplement company and make some cash
