do you count the carbs from ALL fruit or just the higher GI ones?

Well maybe so but I do know some are higher GI than others...

Carbs = calories = count it.

The terms simple and complex carbs are outdated.
And GI is pretty irrelevant.

I most certainly would put that occasion in my Ipaq with a countdown :lol: I wish I could live off bananas and cantelope. :love:
I could live off friut too.
I had almost half a watermalon yesterday.. it was Post Workout but I just kept eating it!
