I bought some turkey cutlets for a recipe and now I'm not making that recipe any more. Anyone have ideas for a good healthy way to prepare them?

I was thinking about stuffing them and rolling them up with something, kind of like a stuffed chicken breast, but rolled up instead. Maybe sundried tomatoes, goat cheese and spinach? I'm bulking so I have a few more calories to play with :) The original recipe called for rolling them around stuffing or dressing and topping with cranberry sauce.
They work great in a crab basket.
I'm with Ileen, stir fry.

What's a crab basket?
I went with slicing three of them up for a later stir fry. The other three I put goat cheese brie, spinach, and sun dried tomatoes in them, rolled them up and cooked it in the skillet. YUM!
Thanks guys!

You're not from Panama City if you don't know what a crab basket is.

Not originally, so I don't consider myself local, I consider myself a "transplant" :whistling:
