I ordered the Optimum Nutrition variety pack, and today, I tried root beer float.
I would describe the taste as a cross between Pepto Bismol & raw sewage.
I fear I will have nightmares for years to come.

1. you have eaten raw sewage?
2. why do you even try these new ones when Cara has a Gagillion and you hate them all?

Cara will eat anything... if you sent her a plan that said "4oz corn-ridden dog poop," she'd be out in the yard with a fork & plate.
I'm a little pickier. I find that I like JayRob's products, and I wanted another to rotate, so I ordered the variety thingy. So far the only decent one is Mocha Capuccino.

:lol3: He's a slow learner. Like all good spouses, Dan insisted I try it after declaring it wretched. It was :yucky:

Seriously, Dan?? Doesn't your greyhound beat her to it?? Hell, if she's that quick, maybe you should put her in the dog races! We could win lots of green and be set for life. :thumb:

If Noel put that on her plan, she'd try to fight off the greyhound, scale in hand! "You can have the rest after I take my 4oz, Bubba!"
My darling spouse is very dedicated!

I knew that when I saw her cooler, pan, and supplies in her room. :funny: That's a good think. Kinda.

She's like the kid who blows the curve on the test.
Noel must get a kick out of looking at Cara's biweeklies, and then mine... Cara's meal adherence is like 105% and I'm always in the early 80s.

I did and it was gross. It tasted like Pepto and cardboard. Some flavors just shouldn't be made into protein powders.

I made this mistake a few months ago- the root beer float and orange cream were really disgusting.
A wife's disclaimer:
My darling husband, the one and same person who started this thread, ingested quite possibly the worst FOOD ever today -- a McDonald's McRib. I know that's completely unrelated to this thread, but I wouldn't trust the judgment of a person who will happily eat a McRib and says he gagged on protein powder. :lol3:

Ahem, it was *my* cheat meal. And the McRib is a very tasty treat... in moderation. I don't think I've eaten a McRib in years and it was absolutely wonderful.
