I feel like a wimp! I couldn't stick to PSMF for 2 weeks! I could blame it on feeling down lately or unmotivated to work out or not wanting to stomach more egg white omlettes or lots of stress in my life (I really do have lots of stress) or some other excuse!:sadcry:
I kept trying to tell myself I CAN do anything for 2 weeks...but kept screwing up.
Maybe I'll try it again...uh...after Christmas or maybe I really do need an AD.
Don't be so hard on yourself. It's not like it's an easy plan.
Maybe at this point in your life, it's simply too restrictive for you and a more balanced, less extreme plan is a better option.

Thanks. I really needed someone to say that. And coming from the expert makes it especially helpful.
You are going to make a great dad. :-)

Don't feel bad. I wouldn't be able to stick with PSMF for one day. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v614/montagnu/smiles%20and%20laughter%20smilies/devilishlol.gif

Don't be to hard on yourself. You def need to be in the right frame of mind to do this diet because even when you are it's still very tough!

I found with PSMF, when I was successful, I was taking it one day at a time. And, I wrote down all the stuff I LIKE to eat. Not "diet food." Then found ways to make that food more fun. Ok, so it was a lot of chicken but hey, I like chicken (and salsa.)
But yeah, it's not like it's an easy plan. Maybe move into something moderate and then try another run at it. Or cycle cals/carbs. Then you can have PSMF style days, but have a little reprieve throughout the week in the high/medium carb/cal days.

Maybe try it for a few day and then go back to a maintence diet. I did 4 days on 3 days off. That was tolerable.

That's a good idea.
