I know a lot of you love your Peanut Butter and Cottage Cheese. This is how I do mine:

1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1/4 cup Cottage Cheese
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
splash of Vanilla
1 packet Stevia (or Splenda)
1 tsp Espresso Powder

Put it all in a food processor and blend until it's smooth. I LOVE this and eat it just about every day :D

Macros: (these will vary depending on the Protein Powder you use. I used Whey-Vantage)

Calories: 239
Fat: 9g
Carbs: 11g
Protein: 31g

I've made this three times already, it's great! I replaced the Espresso powder with unsweetened cocoa and I didn't add as much cottage cheese, as I felt it tasted too cheesy. Thanks so much for posting it.

I'm glad to hear y'all are enjoying it! :D I love that it tastes like a really naughty treat, but it really isn't.

This probably is a dumb question and i'm known for that sometimes buttttttt, is this liquidy after its processed or edible with a spoon????

I just want to know what to expect when I make it very soon. It sounds just yummy! :)

It's like really creamy peanut butter. I eat it with a spoon.
