Elbow Pain

Has anyone ever suffered from this? The pain I am having mostly occurs when my left arm is bent usually when I am typing or just sitting on the couch. It is also tender to touch. It is a sharp pain that last for a few seconds and seems to become more frequent. I was thinking that it may have something to do with carpal tunnel syndrome. I believe I have CTS in my right hand due to the sudden warming sensation and tingling that happens. I have not been checked. The pain in my left arm is the worse. I am Police Investigator and do a lot of typing. Can anyone shed some light on this matter.

Is your pain right in the elbow or is it down from the elbow in the forearm? It could be tennis elbow.

Could definitely be a pinched nerve in your neck radiating into your elbow. Have it checked by a chiropractor.
