I usually do 100 reps of lunges, using those really cute pink dumbbell thingys. But since you are a boy, you might want to consider something heavier, maybe the yellow ones, I don't think you would want to go as heavy as the blue ones tho, those are for the hardcore only. :)

Some dork in MC Sports tried to sell me pink dumbbells. I was just being dumb and pretending I was struggling to lift one, and he told me I should buy them. Girls lifting "was hot". yea buddy, 2 pounds, I'm a beast ;)

I think you should run 5 miles a day. That will get rid of all the fat and cellulite and then your buttocks will get really firm and hard, but not too rock hard so that a you can bounce a quarter off it. :blink:

I usually do the hip ad and abductors for, like, 2 hours every day. That way, I get my cardio in too.

Hahaha, I heard the Leafs do Add/Abd work every day :) For 3 hours each :) Apparently it helps them improve their golf swing... :confused: :happy:

That's crazy!

There was this guy at my gym who used to use the one that you push outward (don't know which one is which). Only, he used his elbows to push the pads. I guess that worked his back. :confused: Looked way too awkward!!

Um...I think the sarcastic recommendation of squatting 200lbs was the best thing that poster came up with.
