I'm using BW x 12 (non working out days ) and BW x 13 (workout days) as my cutting calories numbers.
I don't think that I need to change it for my Body weight each time I drop 1 or 2 lbs. I was thinking that I would only need to drop calories again once I stop losing weight. The reason I was thinking this is from what I've learned it's better to try to keep losing on the highest amount of food you can?
