Just got a sample in w/ my shipment. I love to use PB2 in my spicy asian dishes and mixed w/ cottage cheese. Has anyone used the Chocolate PB2 and how?

Wow that is such a great idea! :thumb: I only use PB2 in dessert-type stuff. Could you share one of your savory recipes please? :yum:

O.K. bear with me as I am a "kamakazi cook" and I can't give you equivalence'.
Steam a pile of veggies in chicken broth (cabbage, broccoli, onion, red pepper, carrot,
kale, whatever you got laying around) Amount of broth depends on how soupy you want it.
Just as it's finishing add:
Fresh ginger, crushed garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce or tamari, red pepper flakes, a pile of cilantro and a big ol' spoon of PB2. (these are the simple key ingredients)

Sometimes I'll add a protein like shrimp or chicken. Also sometimes a dash of agave or maple syrup. (tiny bit)

Lately it's been brussel sprouts steamed in water to 1/2 way done, add frozen shrimp. When shrimp are pink, drain then add all those seasonings, lot's of red pepper flakes and YUM! This is good to take along and eat later kind of cold. Enjoy!
