Has anyone here had any experience or is familiar with the Blood Type eating plan? Specifically, the author advocates eating/eliminating certain foods according to your Blood Type. I just read the book, and was thinking about trying it. I've suspected for a while that I may have some sensitivities to certain foods such as wheat and dairy and according to the author, those are two food groups I need to avoid. Anybody?

Lots of people have wheat and dairy sensitivies, and I suspect it has little to do with blood type. If you think you have a sensitivity to those, you should experiment with cutting them out.
The blood type eating plan business is crap, IMO.

I can eat all but two of the foods that the book says I can't/shouldn't eat. And a few of the ones that it says I should eat lots of upset my tummy. So I'd say it'a a big load or horse shit.

OK OK - I get it. I'll try cutting out wheat and dairy (I'll miss my cottage cheese!) and see if it helps. I'm tired of feeling so bloated at the end of the day.

I have somes issues with wheat and dairy I have noticed. I take some acidopholius/probiotics in the AM and digestive enzymes with my P/C meals. Or heavy fiborous veggie meals.
