Lately, I have been feeling overwhelmingly exhausted, to the point where I have trouble getting myself moving after a certain point in the day. I work out in the morning, and then by about 1pm, I feel as though I could sleep for the rest of theday. I've had my thyroid tested a couple of times, and had blooed work done, and I am slightly anemic, and have been put on iron supps for that reason, and I've been alright for a couple years with that, but over the last coupld of weeks, I am feeling extremely sluggish, and it's hard to want to do anything but the bare minimum of what I have to do during the day.
Anyone else have this?
I am getting thoroughly frustrated since I am usually such a happy and boistrous person, but lately I barely have the energy to laugh.
Is it more than just energy levels? Depression maybe?

I've been diagnosed with depression in the past, and actually, come to think of it, I did want to sleep a lot then. I just don't remember it being as physical as this, but yeah, I should look into it again. Reading back on my post, a lot of lights are goin off.
Thanks guys.

I've been going through the exact same thing. I am completely burned out. I just finished my thesis, and haven't felt like doing anything at all. I went through a few weeks where all I wanted to do was sleep. I could see what was happening, but was having some trouble doing something about it.
Do you have something that you are passionate about that can help get you out of the depression? For example, I haven't been able to enjoy reading for the past 3 years since all my reading was related to school. Last weekend, I went to the library and got 3 books. I sat on my patio all weekend and read all three. That helped to snap me out of it. I am still a little mopey, but every day I get better. I guess what I am trying to say it to find time for yourself to relax and enjoy some time with you!

I usually feel like this right around the TOM and I'm usually so depressed and exhausted. But right after I start my out look gets a little better and by the third or fourth day things are right back to normal. Has your cycle changed at all? Sometimes we as woman our bodies go through some pretty amazing changes.

It's nothing to do with TOM. It's just how I've been for the last few months for the most part. I am happy-go-lucky maybe 6 or 7 days total out of the month, which is completely ass backwards for me. I've gotta find myself a doctor and figure out what is up. Thanks though. ;)
