I am changing jobs soon & will be unable to train in the early AM as I prefer. I have a son who needs me home in the evenings. Conclusion: I must figure out how to fit training into my lunch hour. Fortunately, there is a gym next door to my new office.
Can anyone suggest a training schedule?
Currently I do an upper/lower 4 day split with minimal cardio for warm up.
