Where is the journals section

There's a minimum post count. PM Leah and she'll change your preferences so you can start a log.

It used to be 5. I haven't seen an announcement in the "Board Issues and Announcements" that said it was raised.

If restarting your browser doesn't work the next thing I'd try is to clear your internet temporary files / cache and maybe cookies.

Or wait for a moderator to say they raised it and why.
