Does anybody experience joint pain when holding DBs? When I do split squats or lunges with 30 lb weights, I always feel like I am going to drop them before my set is done because my joints hurt so bad in my hands!! It sucks because I dont wanna sacrafice my progression from 20lb DBs!

Cant say i have.
Are you squeezing the wt too tight? Have you tried wraps. It might take some of the pressure off your hands?

I have this problem when doing 90-pound BB deadlifts. It sucks, because I know I could do more if I could hold onto the darn thing. I always thought I just have a weak grip. I had juvenile rheumatoid arthritis as a kid and the doc says my joints are a little different anyway. I'm going to 100-pounds next week, no matter what! Everyone, pray I don't drop it.. lol.
