View Full Version : Missed one day.. what to do?

I'm doing Thunder's Total Body routine. I missed my Wednesday workout (day 2 on the program), so do I just skip it and move to day 3 or do I do day 2 today?

Do day 2 today and then take tomorrow off and then resume the next day.

:scratch: A little confused

Here's what I did this week:

Monday- day1
Tuesday- cardio
Wed- missed day 2
Thur- cardio
Fri -today... what am I suppose to do? (suppose to be day 3)
Sat - suppose to be cardio
Su- off

Just do the planned workout for today and don't worry about the miss.

I would do day 2 today and then day 3 on Sunday. But then it does throw off the next week, I guess. Hmmm....I would adjust the following week as well to Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday...so I would get them all in.

But I'm a freak like that... :unsure:

One workout isn't important enough to justify all that, IMO.
