Hi everyone!! im moving to florida next friday for the summer and am looking for a good gym to train at in the orlando area. I will be in winter park. Anyone out there in this area??would love any local tips/suggestions!

Hi Emily! I live about an hour outside Orlando, so maybe I can help!

There is a LifeStyles fitness in Winter Park, where my dear friend IFBB Figure Pro Marcy Porter works and trains. But, my FAVORITE gym in Orlando is the Gold's/Dr Phillips location

i joined lifestyles in winter park without seeing this post!! Your friend thats a pro works there?!! omg ! I would love to be put in contact with her! I have seen all the trainers there Im pretty sure... what does she look like?
