With the summer season and all the fresh fruits from our garden and the farmers market I am one happy girl

Fruit is my fav. food group

I'm pretty sure I know the answer- but do I really have to count ever strawberry, blueberry or raspberry I eat? Maybe I should just measure them out and keep them in individual baggies

I always count the "easy" fruit like banana's, apple, oranges, grapefruit, but find it harder with already cut up melons, grapes, berries or pineapple

Why would you not count it ... if you're one to count?

I could counter this by asking if I have to count every single egg white.

Do you use fitday.com to calculate your foods? If so, most fruits can be measured my the piece (ie 6 strawberries) or by the cup (ie 1/2 a cup of strawberries). \

When you sit down to eat, just measure it out. It only takes a moment, and you'll get an accurate calorie count that way.

You can also use a handful of berries and weigh it on your scale, and trust that the next handful of berries you grab thereon in is going to be pretty much the same.
