I drink 3-4 liters of water a day. Do you approve of that? :lol:

I'm supposed to drink 3-4L on my plan but don't always get drink as much as I should ! Today I had 3L of water - that includes what I put in my shakes!

I drink 4 one-liter bottles plus what I drink during and immediately after my workouts (1 L or so).

Usually about 4L of water, then tea and a diet pepsi or two.

At least a gallon throughout the day then whatever I drink during my workouts.

Usually around 5-6 liters a day. That's all I drink :D

Anywhere from 5-7 L just depending on how much coffee/tea I drink along with my water :p

how do you not live in the bathroom?
i have such a small/weak bladder the only reason i don't drink more water than i do, is because i can't be in the bathroom as much as it would require!

wow-habit from your days in Nigeria?

i have a friend who just moved to Thailand and she says she drinks TONS of water, but hardly ever pees, cause it's so hot.

2 Red Bulls
1 Diet soda
2 Glasses of Water
1-2 protein shakes

As it is I feel like I run to the bathroom too much. Don't know how you gals do it! I'd need a catheter or a piddle pack :rolleyes:

Yep...I down about 8-12 liters a day! When I lived in Niger I drank 12L before noon each day!!! :blink: It was +55 celcius there though, so you just sweat it out without even moving!!!! :o2:

My co-workers think I have a bladder infection cause I pee every 1/2 hour!!! :lol: Great way to get in my NEAT!!!!! :cardio:
