My mom made these last week and they were yummy!
soy sauce
honey
some garlic
ginger
sorry I don't have the measurements, my mom doesn't measure anything (she learned how to cook from my Grandma who never measured anything)
anyways, mix it all together, marinade any type of veggies in it for a few hrs in the fridge, and then we grilled them in a Reynolds grill thing (that aluminum foil bed)
we had peppers, onion, broccoli, cauli, squash, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes
just wanted to share
