Hello everyone!

My name is Val. I am a mom of 2. Just had a baby 8 months ago and I have a 12 year old. I competed in figure in 2006. No plans to do shows anytime soon. Just train and eat like an athlete for the love of it. :) I have always enjoyed reading Erik and Noel's blog so I had to check out the board.
