I have 100grams of plain yogurt a day on my plan that I always mix with protein powder and some pb... but I started thinking about dinner at my favorite Greek restaurant which got me to thinking about tzatziki!
Mix together:
plain low fat yogurt
garlic (micro plained is best!)
a touch of fresh mint
fresh parsley
a touch of dill (if you like it)
a squeeze of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
diced cucumber peeled and with seeds removed
I'm going to use it as a dip for celery and romaine :yum:
