Ok so I will be spending the majority of my summer at a campground and I just started really getting into strength training .There is a small gym at the campground but it's mostly cardio equipment and some machines :dry: .Cardio is obviously not a problem as it will be done outside, but I am concerned about my strength training. I'm wondering if there is some kind of routine that could be done with no equipment as I am not about to stop training for the entire summer. Any ideas and advice is much appreciated. :)
