Hi everyone, I have been lurking for quite awhile on this site and I am finding it helpful. I am hoping to at some point get a journal started. I really need to get myself in gear and get myself into the weights. I have always stayed away from doing weights because I thought it would bulk me up but after reading mags, and other websites it has opened my eyes. I am hoping to get a program from Thunder but in the mean time I am starting tomorrow to eating clean and the full body workout that is posted in the training section. I have alot of reading ahead of me in the nutrition and training. I am getting married in 2 months and want to look good and have less body fat. I really need to stick with it and not give up, its a challenge that I'm not going to lose anymore.
