I understand most of you probably don't do "classes" and I haven't for about a year now...but I decided to start back and try a few out again...

This Cardio Kickbox Class is 60min long and is pretty intense
There also is a Strike Class that I tried - almost the same type of class
with the exception of a (6 lb) weight bar. We use if for different "strength" moves...
and I have done a few Step classes...

My questions are:
Is this OK to do for my cardio 2x a week? (as oppose to Treadmil, Elip. etc.)
Pro's and Con's ?
What should you eat after a "Cardio class"? ...Whey and Carbs? ...Or ?

I just started this 2 days of "Class" Cardio with 3 days of Full Body workout...

Thanks for your input! :)

1. I don't see why not.

2. I wouldn't treat it like training--so the typical pwo meal wouldn't be necessary.

I think it's a bit long personally. Particularly if it's as intense as you say it is. But why not try it out, and see how your results go?

Normally planned meal. No need for PWO nutrition.
