Just as I was doing very well on my "plan" and then POOF!
I decided (late last night) to finish the rest of the Carrot Cake that I had graciously turned down after dinner... (it was quite a BIG chunk!)

I feel guilty and wanted to confess!!!

My mind is now back in my head and I am ready to hit my "plan" once again
at Full Force and with determination :weights2:

on a good note: I have beeen alcohol free for 7 weeks now and hope (plan) to stay that way till the holidays!

Does anyone else need to confess
This is the place to do so!

Thanks for reading - It feels good to get off my chest!

Confession - I have done NOTHING this weekend, other than watch the puppies play and drink coffee.

Nothing.

I felt so lazy that I just did 10 bw squats while brushing my teeth. Yeah - that ought to help.

This was a national cheat weekend! At least according to me :). I had already planned on having some cheats going on, as I had a Halloween party last night. And tonite, at work we are supposed to have pizza to launch our new electronic medical record charting we are starting tonite. I usually contain myself, and didnt do to bad last night at the party. Had like 3 big cookies though :/...other than that it wasnt too bad, they didnt have anything I would consider healthy at the party lol.

Tonite, I already packed my lunches. And all are of course my usual healthy stuff. If they are having cafeteria pizza, Ill pass. Not worth the calories for cafeteria pizza...lol

I ate 4 peanut butter cookies today, but I think I'll find a way to work them into my plan.

I believe that is strike two on you Little Buddy. It's about time for you to choke up and guard the plate because the next time, you might have a 100 mph fast ball put on the outside corner.

The only baby I liked was my own.

And all the prego women on TLC gross me out.

I did one arm/one leg pushups in the gym today after my workout. Just to show off. :lifter:

I was bored.

I had front row tickets to their 'Bye Bye Bye' concert. Who cares that I had a 1 1/2 year old! :p

I confess I have nothing to confess. http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y46/deborr/AngelEvil/angel-2.gif

I stuck 100% to my nutrition plan while on a mission trip to Mississippi last week even though meals were planned/prepared by others. My protein powder came in handy for breakfasts. I kind of wish I could say I fought temptation and won but not even the homemade pecan pies had a chance of leading me astray. It was pretty easy; I like the way I eat. :D
