I am new to the forums. I'm from smack dab in the middle of the US LOL I am a figure competitor and hitting my first NPC stage in 6 weeks. Erik is leading the way and boy can I say, "WHY DIDN'T I FIND HIM EARLIER!"
I trained the first couple of years for comp with a bb trainer. Hind site is 20/20. I can chalk up the experience and certainly the education (not always a positive note):grrr:
I shorted myself a few weeks in this prep as I decided to compete somewhat last minute. This show is to push me outside of my comfort zone....and the closer it gets the more excited I am. It's fantastic to have Erik in my corner.
Really glad to be here:yayconfetti:

Hi! I found this site through a reccomendation from Oxygen magazine's forum. I am getting married in less than 3 months and want to leeeeean out. I lift pretty heavily 5 times a week, and do cardio 5 times a week. I eat pretty well. I need some fresh inspiration. I never competed, but my goal is to look like a bikini competitor. I'm 5"2 and weight fluctuates between 121-123. Looking forward to learning some new things

I think if I lived in Kansas I'd buy a little brown terrier and name it Toto. And every day I'd wake up, scratch him behind the ears and say, "We're still in Kansas, Toto!"
