I'm considering purchasing a weighted vest to add intensity to some cardio workouts (also - it makes up for some lost weight). Does anyone use them? There are several brands on the market. Anyone have a favorite? I'm thinking just a 10-15 lb vest.

THANK YOU! I should've run a search...
I actually do have an Xvest. But I've never used it. It's too big.

I have a SMART VEST and I LOVE IT!!! It fits my small frame and is NOT bulky.

I have an xvest too and love it. It may be bulky but it's much higher quality than others I've seen. Mine goes up to 40lb.

This looks interesting, but since it's customized to one's specifications, it might not fit if one gains/loses weight.

Very good quality! Mine goes to 40lbs. too...I use it early in my workout then take it off when I start feeling a little overheated.
