So which should I buy and why.

I am currently working with Thunder but in a couple of months, hope to be able to take the reins. I would like something to help me understand what the hell to do.

Thank you.

Flexible Dieting is probably your best bet.

I just got this one and am about halfway through it - I love it! It made me realize some of the reasons why I've struggled the last few years. I am one of those extremely rigid dieters that must follow a diet to the letter and never cheat or I fall apart. I'm working on getting past that now because I see how destructive it is (not to mention it drives my husband crazy!)

I read this one and it is very good. Actually, it seems almost too common sense!

I am trying to read 'The Ketogenic Diet: A Complete Guide for the Dieter and Practitioner' and boy am I struggling! I am an accountant and it is rather techincal for my "debit/credit" brain! But I am traveling this week and will try to spend some quality time reading and rereading and highlighting!

I really enjoy his short-to-the-point style and lurk on his board as well as this one.

I did the UD2 last year and so have that book, and bought the PSMF book just to read and have the info. It's all great knowledge and reference.
Guess I'll have to get the Flexible Dieting one next...I'm such a nerd. I'm fortunate enough to have Erik doing all the nutrition thinking for me but I like to have the knowledge.

Not to hijack your thread, but is the The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook: A Scientific Approach to Crash Dieting a good one to try?

Where can you buy Flexible Dieting? Are you only able to order it off the internet? Or can you buy it in a bookstore? Or is it an e-book?

That sounds like me - particularly the bit about driving my husband crazy  I'm thinking I should buy this book too!

It's no longer sold as an e-book. You can get it off his site or Amazon, I believe.

Pinky Rapid Fat Loss is good if you are looking for a "safer" crash diet. I personally don't think it's for the faint of heart.
