So, I'm thinking I'm truly going to aim at maintenance for now. No bulking, no dieting, just enjoying where I am!
:hehe:

So, I'm playing with some different ideas of what to do.

What do you guys like to do for maintenance?

Usually have mixed days throughout the week when maintaining. Some days are below maintenance, some above. As long as it evens out at the end of the week, I'm good. :)

Are you talking about food?

I was wondering about workout plans..

I'm thinking maybe NROL and doing some running (2x week).
Or... pulling out some old Erik plans (dieting ones and a maintenance one).
Or... writing my own program..?

Ahhh...you didn't specify. :p

My training stays at whatever I'm doing at that time with maybe a bit more volume.

I use previous plans as guidelines and change up some of the exercises (same type of exercise, though -- ie. horizontal push exercise).
