We have a Sunday school potluck this week and I want to bring a corn casserole (canned corn, creamed corn, corn muffin mix :yum:). It's got some cheese and eggs in it and it's supposed to be baked.
Problem is, there are no ovens at church. But they do have plugs so I was thinking about putting it in my slow cooker. Any idea if it would come out right? I guess it wouldn't brown on the top but that's ok- I mostly care about it getting cooked all the way through, and being hot. We have regular church service first so it will sit for about 2 hrs before people even get to eat it. Otherwise it would be easy to just bake it at home and bring it hot.
