I need to start adding more movements to the LBC Exercise Demo Library. Of course there's already a lot there, but it's time to add more.

What would you like to see added?

Maybe have a video demonstration of the different type of grips, not necessarily for each exercises, but in general.

This is a machine - there's only one way to do it. :scratch:

Are you mixing it up with the barbell version?

high pulls, or whatever those wide grip rows are you like to use in barbell complexes

Just filmed a bunch of upper and lower dynamic/mobility movements in the home gym with Melody.

We also shot a few additional exercises from this list.

And we filmed some metabolic stuff to serve as examples. Tomorrow we're going to flim a few additional metabolic circuits and a bunch of demonstration exercises.
