My servings.....Adjust to your cals, etc....
200g FF Cottage Cheese
100g FF/SF Yogurt (I like Source apple, I add cinnamon too)
28g of Dry, Large flake oats
Just mix it all together and chow down. So so so good!
lol do you have these in different measurements? Like how much is that in term of the oatmeal? 1/2 C? and the CC?

I haven't ever mixed my oats into cottage cheese, but it would be a great first meal if you are in a rush, and who isn't?

Well I am anal and weigh everthing....BUT 200g of cottage cheese is about 3/4C ( a lil more) and 28g of oaties is around 1/4-1/3 of a cup im guessing.
